Million Dollar Homes Half Off

Friday, April 8th, 2011

Did you see the recent article on Yahoo Real Estate about Million Dollar homes being half off? It is a great read, so if not, click here to check out the original article. There is actually one home profiled in there from Dedham, MA.

This really goes to show that there are some amazing deals out there to be had in the luxury market. The Boston, MA luxury sales market has shown a lot of strength in the later part of last year which has carried into 2011. Financing is beginning to loosen (a little) and the economy is beginning to improve. With these improvements and the market picking up makes it a great time to buy a million dollar plus home in the Boston Market as there is still a lot of inventory out there for you to choose from.

People constantly are asking for the ‘deals’ out there, so here are a couple that would be well worth it to look at as they are Short Sales or Bank Owned Homes. Give Jeffrey Chubb of RE/MAX Select a call at 617-480-2600 or visit his website at www.MoveWithChubb.com for more information.
