In the 2000 census the Hudson Bend area of Austin listed 2,369 residents, but it is much more than that. It is a quiet community on the outskirts of
Austin and
Lakeway where the residents relish in their relative anonymity by the lake. This 6.7 square mile area is host to businesses and families and is served by the
Lake Travis ISD which was recently rated exemplary by the Texas Education Agency.
Living in the Hudson Bend area for the past six years has been an enjoyable experience for me and my family. Los Pinos and
Carlos n Charlie’s and watercraft rentals at Just For Fun there is a plethora of options for one to enjoy.
