I moved to this beautiful, vibrant city of Jacksonville, Florida from Dallas, Texas in 1990. I have two lovely children, my son is a pilot with American Airlines who lives in Tampa, Florida, and my daughter, a young mother, has an internet based business and lives in Waco, Texas.

Most of my formal education was acquired at institutions in Texas. I pursued marketing as a major with a minor in art and have found this background to be very helpful when it comes to listing, staging and the marketing of homes. Twenty-two years with two major corporations in sales and marketing has also added to my business sense and helps when I work with clients moving here from other states or countries. One corporation I worked with was in industrial sales and another in marketing and pharmaceutical sales. I have benefited both professionally and personally while working in these fields and have been able to travel to many major cities throughout the United States and Canada as a result of my affiliation with these companies.

I came to Jacksonville, Florida to take a position with Astra Pharmaceuticals in 1990. However I grew weary of the corporate structure after many years and met a friend in the real estate industry who was very successful. So I decided to go out on my own in real estate and that is what I did, after passing the real estate exam in 2003.

Although the industry has been rocked by the sub-prime mortgage crisis, working with people to find that special home and listing homes to sell have become passions for me. I work very hard at communicating and finding the best match for my clients whether helping First Time Home Buyers, finding the ultimate dream home, helping investors, or selling that dream home to travel, downsize or whatever.
