Mark learned his customer service skills through managing lodging and property rental management at Snowbird Ski Resort in Utah and Grand Targhee Resort in Teton Valley. He specializes in understanding and anticipating real estate needs. After doing a number of real estate transactions on his own, including developing his own 20 acre parcel into an 8 lot subdivision and working through the P & Z process in Teton Valley, Idaho and selling all 8 lots, he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Mark understands the feeling of having personal investments on the line.

Do you want to sell your home? Getting the “For Sale” sign up is just the start. I will provide you with a marketing plan; a schedule of what I will do to market your home and when I will do it. It will include a review of your home compared to what is on the market and what has sold, a timetable of print and internet advertising, open houses for real estate agents and for potential buyers, a review of your home and what to do to make it more marketable and a timetable to discuss progress with you.
