Mark learned his customer service skills through managing lodging and property rental management at Snowbird Ski Resort in Utah and Grand Targhee Resort in Teton Valley. He specializes in understanding and anticipating real estate needs. After doing a number of real estate transactions on his own, including developing his own 20 acre parcel into an 8 lot subdivision and working through the P & Z process in Teton Valley, Idaho and selling all 8 lots, he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Mark understands the feeling of having personal investments on the line.

This brochure gives you an overview of the process and includes topics such as finding your price range, the purchase and sale agreement, home inspections, frequently asked questions, moving tips, the settlement and closing, and a glossary of terms. Selling Your Home

Do you want to sell your home? Getting the “For Sale” sign up is just the start. I will provide you with a marketing plan; a schedule of what I will do to market your home and when I will do it. It will include a review of your home compared to what is on the market and what has sold, a timetable of print and internet advertising, open houses for real estate agents and for potential buyers, a review of your home and what to do to make it more marketable and a timetable to discuss progress with you. The marketing plan is my commitment to you to market your home professionally. Windermere Real Estate produces a brochure called “Guide to Selling a Home”. This brochure gives you an overview of the process and includes topics such as preparing your home for sale, showing your home, the purchase and sale agreement, moving tips, the settlement and closing, and a glossary of terms.
