Now, don’t get me wrong, Short Sales are a great way to do business especially in this current Real Estate Market. So where am I going with this……….the truth is, SHORT SALES DON’T ALWAYS WORK!

Look for a program that gives you the nuts and bolts of short sales and arm you with the right “lingo” to use concerning BPO’s and Loss Mitigation. Training and Education are the foundation of success in any endeavor so why not seek out the best for your short sale training today.
You will need to know what a short sale is, how to conduct a BPO, how to talk to loss mitigation person or negotiator, what documents you will need to submit and when and how to follow up. Short sales are bigger than ever today and knowledge is power.
