About Me:
I moved to Americain March 1997 from England. I was employed by a Wholesaling Fabric Company as their Operations Manager which meant I juggled many balls throughout the day. Great training for becoming a Real Estate Professional! After 4 years of discontent I knew I needed to find something that would be fulfilling. I had no idea what to do and after watching many infomercials I decided to try out Real Estate.
I attended a local Real Estate Investment Meeting and was hooked. I found a mentor that was willing to share his expertise and knowledge in return for 50% of the profit from any deals. My first deal on my own was a short sale but I didn’t even know the term at that point, all I knew was that I wasn’t going to pay what the homeowner owed for it so I contacted the bank and went from there. I made many mistakes but learned a great deal from the experience.
Since that time I have completed over 150 real estate transactions in various States. In addition, I have mentored other real estate professionals in different States throughout the USA.
Since 2007 I have been actively teaching pre-foreclosures and short-sales to other Real Estate Professionals.
A large part of our business today focuses on Relocation of individuals and corporations simply because we have first-hand experience having relocated from our native countries. We always believe that, in addition to providing our clients with first class service, it’s the small details that count and tend to go unnoticed if you haven’t already gone through the relocation process first-hand.
In addition to Relocation, we have expansive knowledge in the pre-foreclosure process and therefore provide the necessary assistance to Sellers in not just marketing and selling their home, but also guiding them through the pre-foreclosure process. On the flip side, we also work with Banks to help market and sell their foreclosure properties (known as Real Estate Owned “REO”).
As well as the above, we also focus on residential re-sales in North Mecklenburg County, Lake Norman and Cabarrus County.
My personal interests include hiking, camping, sports of all kinds, spending time with my family and worship. I am a regular volunteer at many outreach programs with my Church. My faith in God and my family are my driving force.
