It’s almost that time again, the beginning of the school year is right around the corner! This year the Lakewood PTA will be hosting their annual welcome for the incoming Kindergarten class. If you’re new to the area, there will be a new student orientation August 17th at 6:30. In order to complete registration, you’ll need to have the following with you-

New Student Registration
August 11th: 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
August 12th: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Documents required for registration (No Exceptions)

• Driver’s License of parent
• Birth Certificate
• Child’s Social Security Card
• Immunization Records (shot records)
• Proof of Residence
  • current utility bill in the parent’s name
  • current lease/mortgage in the parent’s name
