I have been a Real Estate Professional for four years now. I still remember vividly of the days I sat in the Real Estate Licensing class. It was fun and exciting to be learning the details of what I always have had interest in, to become a Real Estate Broker. Very thoughts of touring homes, showing homes and serving people to buy their dream home was so exciting that I remember taking in absolutely everything being discussed during all the classes, not to miss anything.

My very 1st sale on the 1st month of being licensed was nerve racking, yet I was so grateful for the opportunity, I did my best and over to ensure I served my 1st client 200%. Even though this 1st client was a good friend of mine, I did not take it for granted and strived to put in everything I knew and utilized all the tools I trained in. This was a happy moment for me. I sold a home that made my client, my friend, happy. I couldn’t ask for more in a career!

Since my 1st sale, I have so far made a good number of deals and established a sizable reputation from all my clients and fellow agents. While I don’t even begin to imagine that four years of experience is enough for me or for anyone to be a truly experienced professional, I have seen my share of ups, downs and twists of the business. I will tell you all about some of fun, weird, encouraging, discouraging, heartwarming and other stories when we get to meet.
