As spring approaches we are seeing more activity than we have in while. The bay area has many microclimates and that will not change, but several market forces indicate that this is going to be a busy season in real estate. The fact that foreclosure reprieve that banks put in place for the holidays is over and Facebook IPO is heating up are just two events that will effect the market. Now is the time to act!
