Kim is a native Las Vegan who initially entered the real estate business in 1996 as a receptionist for a local title company. She quickly moved from receptionist to escrow closer to assistant to Junior Escrow Officer. The opportunity then arose to make the move to a Mortgage Brokerage and work as an assistant where she learned much, but quickly decided mortgage was not the field within real estate she wanted to pursue. By then she met Mr. Right and moved to California for a couple of years.

Kim and her family returned to Las Vegas in 2004 wherein she started working with her sister-in-law (who is also a Realtor) as her assistant. She quickly caught the real estate bug again and was licensed herself in 2005. Because she has worked in many facets of the real estate business, Kim prides herself in addressing potential problems before they arise and knowing how to maneuver around obstacles. She works directly, and is a preferred agent, with a local first time buyer program and knows the “in’s” and “out’s” of how to work the REO system. Kim is happily married and has two sons who are 5 and 15.
