About me….

I have been working in the real estate world since 1987.  I started in residential and then moved into a commercial real estate career that became my direction for 22 years.  Then, following the capital markets meltdown in 2007, I moved back into the residential world once again.  Once I decided to move into selling real estate, I obtained my REALTOR license and pursued several designations.  First, I earned the ABR and NAR Green designations.  Next, I achieved my SFR certificate and GRI designation.   Currently, I am working on my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).  Since I was just getting back into residential, I felt it was important for me to get as much training and insight into today’s market conditions.

At home is my dear wife, Michelle and 14 year-old daughter Abby, whom I am extremely proud of.   Together, they are my glue and it is for them that I wake up every day and pursue my career with excitement.   I truly love real estate and helping people find exactly what they are looking for in a home.  From starter homes to estates, I love it!  I think that you’ll find that I have strong work ethic and will work tirelessly to help you in your real estate transaction.
