This Blog started with a simple e-mail that I receive from another Real Estate Professional. The e-mail made perfect since to me and what she was saying and the point she was trying to get across. And the point she was trying to get across is, All of you home Buyers out there that are still sitting on the fence trying to decide whether or not to buy a new home and become a home owner instead of a renter, you are missing the boat. I,m hearing of interest rates as low as 4.75% and not to mention all of the great deals that are out there right now. Depending on where you live, there are still programs that offer 100% financing. Those of you out there that are wanting to upgrade to a bigger home, what are you waiting for? Oh did I forget the tax credit that is being offered, and that is not just for first time home Buyers. I know this might sound a little blunt but it is what it is, and it is a GREAT time to buy a home.

Ask yourself these questions:

1. Are interest rates GREAT?

2. Are there some GREAT DEALS out there?

3. Are there any GREAT HOME LOAN programs out there that can help me achieve my DREAM?

4. Could I use that TAX CREDIT?

5. Is this REALLY a GREAT time to Buy a home?

And the answer to these questions are YES!!!!!!
