In Jan. 2009 there were 223 homes sold and to date there is 174 sold and 292 put under contract in the last 30 days. Active Properties 3,770, Under contract-292,… Sold- 5,007 Our Absorption Rate of 8.54 Months. Numbers don’t include (For Sale By Owner) This is GREAT news for the Utah County Real Estate Market.
