The Downtown Condo Decision
Thinking of moving downtown here are a few of my favorite condos from Rosa Parks to First Ave.
Nashville’s downtown started with the first luxury condo downtown called the Viridian This building is the only building in town that has a grocery store on the main level and a gorgeous rooftop pool, fitness center and clubhouse. Located in Nashville’s business district you can park your car and walk to symphony, the Titans, the Predators and great restaurants.
Bennie Dillion: If you are looking for a wonderful condo in a Nashville Landmark that is loaded with charm, location, and character than Bennie Dillion is for you.
Encore If you are looking to be in the thick of things than check out the Encore. Located minutes from Broadway this building is the sister building to the Viridian. This newer building has fabulous pool, an updated high tech fitness center, a great theater room, a cool lobby, is right behind the symphony center, and has a great view of downtown.
The Phoenix Lofts located on Third Ave. If you are looking for music then living in these Lofts are for you. Located in front of the historic and famous Printers Alley. These condos are high on space and have a fun backyard.
Church Street Lofts located on Third Ave are a conversion into 1 and two bedroom lofts. These lofts have tall ceilings, great windows, and exposed brick.
