About Me
I have been a local Realtor, resident and home owner for 20 years. Along with my wife and son I enjoy long walks and hiking around the Monterey peninsula, sailing and biking. I am a recent sail boat owner and have it docked in the City of Monterey Harbor. My background from many years ago is as a chef and event coordinator. I studied fisheries and ocean science in my college days. I have purchased and remodeled several homes on the Monterey peninsula.
I have received sales awards from Coldwell Banker each year of my association. As a veteran Realtor with many smoothly closed escrows and some not so smooth you can expect me to guide you in all aspects of residential real estate, including negotiation on your behalf, real estate contracts, marketing techniques and local real estate valuation and investment potential.
