Mike has extensive experience in all facets of real estate including residential, commerial and investment. While Mike works with clients involved in all aspects of the real estate market, he specializes in working with sellers. Mike also specializes is in short sales, a large and growing part of the real estate market having negotiated and closed hundreds of these transactions. He has extensive experience in working on the lenders side of the transactions having been an asset manager for several of the country’s largest lenders disposing of foreclosed and lender owned properties. In addition, Mike has been a long time real estate investor in real estate having personally purchased and sold millions of dollars of real estate for his own investment. Because of his well rounded experience from all areas of the real estate industry and his belief that real estate is an excellent long term investment for everyone, Mike is uniquely qualified to help you with your sales and purchases of real estate properties of all kinds.
Tina has been involved in real estate since 2000 when she first obtained her real estate sales persons license. She has represented buyers and sellers and is focused on working primarily with sellers. She is an expert and specialist in short sales having negotiated and closed several hundred such transactions. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, Tina has a great deal of experience in other facets of the real estate industry having worked with several title insurance companies, local and national in nature, including as a general manager. This gives Tina an excellent ability to work with buyers and sellers to see past the elementary part of a sale and understand what issues may be involved in buying or selling a particular property. In addition, Tina has been a real estate investor in residential rental property and understands the needs of investors, landlords and tenants. Due to Tina’s past and present work and involvement in all areas of the real estate industry, she is also uniquely qualified to represent clients in all positions to real estate transactions.
