I worked my way through Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana as a weather girl for WTTV-TV, an Indianapolis station, and an early morning hostess on a news and interview show called Second Cup.

I have enjoyed many satisfying careers all of which have been service and sales orientated. During the late 1970′s and through the 1980′s I owned my own Real Estate Company in Denver, Colorado.

Morgan Stanley recruited me in 1989 as a financial advisor. After 16 years I retired. Well do we ever retire?

Now I am affiliated with Coldwell Banker. I love California architecture and interior design. I am privileged to serve on the board of the Del Mar Historical Society, The Del Mar Village Association and the Economic Restructuring Committee of Del Mar. I am a member of St. James Catholic Parish in Solana Beach.

What I have learned through life is that whatever career or service you offer, the most important tool you can offer clients is LISTENING. We are all experiencing a Paradigm shift in our economy. Real Estate decisions to buy or sell now require a “customized approach to each transaction. Taking the time to LISTEN & CUSTOMIZE clients’ needs can work to a positive result.
