Debbie Soden is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Westlake Village. She is a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) which is the only short sale designation recognized by the national Association of Realtors. SFR is a framework for negotiating with lenders and for directing distressed sellers to finance, tax and legal professionals to limit risk, and for protecting buyers.
Living and working in the community for over ten years, Debbie Soden has built her successful business on referrals and repeat business from clients who consider her their resource and adviser. Her experience in analyzing, pricing and marketing are essential in today’s real estate atmosphere.
