I joined Bird Realty in July 2008 after a successful career in public education.  I am excited about working with Bird Realty because it is a small family firm that offers clients personal, caring attention.

I grew up in Amsterdam, New York and graduated from Amsterdam High School.  I am also a graduate of Fulton Montgomery Community College with a degree in Business Administration.  I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Education and a Masters Degree and Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration.  I worked for 32 years as a High School Business/Marketing Teacher and as a High School & Middle School Principal.

I am a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR).

I am active in the United Presbyterian Church in Amsterdam where I serve as an Elder and a Lay Leader.
