What Commission do You Charge?

Real Estate commissions vary. There is no set commission for any particular transaction. The commission is determined based on numerous factors associated with the sale of a particular property. Some of these factors include, but are not limited to: the type of property being sold (i.e. residential property, commercial property, lots and land, etc.), the location of a particular property, the condition of a particular property, the time frame in which a property must be sold, and most importantly what is agreed to between the seller or buyer, and the agent. Market conditions can also affect commission because the ease with which a property can be sold will have an affect on what an agent is willing to charge.
