About Dallin
My start in the residential real estate market 10 years ago began in working pre-foreclosures. The process of negotiating with the bank is fulfilling providing me the chance to help those with whom I am working. The process isn’t easy, but the outcome is rewarding with a win-win resolve for the bank and home owner. I don’t give up. I want you to know that I would be honored to help anyone you know struggling through these hard times.
Dallin was born and raised in the Salt Lake City-Murray area. He enjoys living now in Utah county because it is more like what he saw as a kid – open spaces and a lot of potential around him.
He earned his bachelors degree from BYU in Communications, Marketing and an later an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
He currently lives in Pleasant Grove with his beautiful wife and 4 amazing children. They have open spaces there and potential for daily adventures in places like the canyons, ponds and their own backyard.
Dallin has been serving as a Planning Commissioner in Pleasant Grove for the last 4 years, which has been a personally rewarding experience. He has had the opportunity to participate in varying community growth needs from private property rights to signage and zoning density in the Pleasant Grove community. He has learned some great lessons there on how important it is for the public to be informed and involved.
Dallin thrives on meeting and working with others. He has worked as a Realtor for the last 10 years and recently worked briefly as a Real Estate Coach at PMI. In this capacity he worked to educate and guide individual Real Estate Investors across the country in various strategies to build their businesses and make a profitable living.
His motto is, “Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.” (William James)
