Dallas Area School Districts:
Dallas is primarily served by the Dallas Independent School District, with a couple of exceptions. The Park Cities (Highland Park and University Park) are served by the Highland Park Independent School District. Taxes are a bit higher here, but the school district is highly regarded. Finally, northeast Dallas is served by the Richardson Independent School District.
