Mass Confusion Within the Real Estate Market!

Category: Real Estate Market.

Reagan once said,  ”The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, I’m from the government and I’m here to help.”

Don’t you wonder what Reagan would be saying today.?   Is it just me, or is everyone sick and tired of government interference in the real estate market.  It was their interference that helped get us into the absolute mess that we are in today.  History is the very best teacher of all, and the government has   obviously learned very little, if anything.  It doesn’t matter whether you are Republican, Democrat or affiliated with some other political party, you have to be scratching your head, and wondering where we go from here.

It isn’t my optimistic nature that tells me that there is still no better investment than owning in the Crestview real estate market. It’s true!  Having said that,  I know that what we saw in the past few years was unrealistic, and that there was no way to sustain that real estate market.  It was (to a large degree) a “self-induced” frenzy, which is now again followed by another (to a  large degree) “self-induced” frenzy.  Greed got the best of most industries during those years of financial windfall. These days fear has gripped those same industries.  And what does our fearless government propose?  The government should be trying to calm nerves, not encouraging us to spend our way out of our problems.  Careless spending is our problem.  Economics 101 says that if I am in financial ruins, the solution is not to borrow and spend more money.  The solution is to act fiscally responsible!

Let’s all act responsibly.  As a Crestview real estate agent, my job is to guide you through the buying or selling process.  The Crestview real estate market is what it is,  we can’t change it, but we can act accordingly.  When you decide to buy or sell in this real estate market, seek the assistance of a qualified Crestview real estate professional.   We are here to help, and you do not have to be terrified by those words!
