I have been a REALTOR in Charleston, South Carolina for 4 years. Although my mother has been in real estate for several years and was an agent with Fred Holland Realty, I chose to start my career at Carolina One. In March of 2009, La Juan, the owner of Fred Holland presented me with a wonderful opportunity to work at Fred Holland. Since I started my career in real estate I have helped many people achieve their dreams of home ownership. I have helped investors increase their investment portfolios, made home ownership dreams a reality and sold homes for individuals in a time of need. I have always received the highest marks on customer service surveys and received several sales awards. I like to believe that I provide the best customer service as well as knowledge that reaches beyond just the purchase of a home. I am a home owner, investor and own rental property. I believe to understand what your clients feelings are during and after a closing you need to “walk in their shoes”.
