My post today is an update for the home sales this past month for Layton. I have posted some stats below I hope you find useful. The stats are a comparison of October 2009 with those of October 2008.
The market has slowed down since the first of October now that school is in, the weather turning colder and people are gearing up for the holiday season. However, there are still some great positives for the market! The new extended tax credit and the low interest rates will really help keep the market active through the winter months. It is a great time to buy a home in Layton with these incentives offered to home buyer’s.
