You can still take advantage of this slowing market to sell your home in Layton!

If you are selling your home, or thinking of selling your home, don’t let the slowing market activity discourage you! Price is still key to selling any home, but here are a couple of other things to think about:

  • The market inventory is less during the Fall and Winter months. This means less competition if you plan on selling your Layton home. Take advantage of the opportunity! If there are less homes for a Buyer to choose from, your odds can now turn in your favor that they may buy your home.
  • The mortgage rates continue to stay low and are a prime incentive for Buyer’s to purchase now!
  • Buyer’s want to be in a new home before the holiday season. What a great time to have your home on the market when the competition is waiting for the Spring to sell their homes.
  • Corporate and Military relocation try to have their transferee’s in place by the start of the new year. This means that incoming transferee’s are in the market to buy during the Fall and Winter months.

This Fall and Winter season can be a great time for you to sell your Layton home. If you have your home in top notch showing condition as well as being priced right, you have a great opportunity to take advantage of the season and get your home sold.
