Ewm inspired by KCM’s Steve Harney  set out on a company wide project to get our listings sold. In the current market and with the current inventory, the key was to have “compelling” priced listings. Thus, project Re-Ignition was launched on February 5th, 2010 and it was a  huge success. Between February 5th and through April 30th, EWM (company wide) had 500 price reductions totalling $39 Million. Out of those price reductions we had 120 sales totalling $71.5 Million with the average price reduction of 9%. Price is key. Price it right and it will sell!
