I grew up in Real Estate, my dad sold Real Estate and Insurance all of his life in Hagerstown, Maryland where I was born.
Growing up I would help maintain his rental properties, mowing the grass in the summer and doing the snow removal in the Winter.

I left the snow in 1989 when I moved to Englewood, Florida and started selling real estate for Century 21 Gulfwinds in Venice.
I sold my first house at the age of 18. In 1991 I opened ERA Settles/Davis Real Estate with my partners Buck and Bonnie Davis.
Our company was continually the top office in South Venice and in the top 3 offices in all of the Venice area. In 1998 Coldwell Banker NRT, purchased
our company. I then created a top selling team consisting of myself, a buyers agent and an assistant, we represented Coldwell Banker for the next 5 years selling an average of 80 homes per year.  From 2002 to Oct of 2011 I was associated with Re/Max Alliance Group.  In October 2011 I returned to the ownership of my own brokerage.  My Key Logo has a special meaning to me since it was my Dad’s logo when he owned his company “Settles Real Estate” in Maryland.
