About Me
Judy & Elisa are a mother-daughter real estate team with Re/Max Memorial Town & Country. Primarily they work in Central, West, and Northwest Houston, but because the majority of their business comes from referrals they will follow their clients virtually anywhere.
Judy’s area of expertise has been the City of Jersey Village and its surrounding neighborhoods where she has helped clients buy and sell homes for 30+ years. She is well-versed in the area, living in Jersey Village herself, watching JV grow from just a sleepy little city on the outskirts of Houston surrounded by farms & fields to grow into one of the most sought after areas N.W. Houston has to offer. My how things have changed! Judy is Real Estate certified with CRS (Council or Residential Specialist) & SRS (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. She is also the chief editor for the INFO Directory publishing local telephone directories for the City of Jersey Village, Westbridge, Willowbridge, Stonebridge, Willowlake, Windfern Forest, Laurel Creek, and Woodwind Lakes.
Elisa grew up in the City of Jersey Village becoming a high school English Department Chair before electing to join the “family business” in 2002. She too has watched JV (and the City of Houston) change throughout the years. Elisa uses her ”gift” of educating her buyers and sellers along the way. She is quite savvy with technology. For buyers, individual websites are created which list all of the properties in the MLS system that meet the buyer’s individualized criteria as they come on the market. Also, owners can opt to receive “Just Sold” emails notifying them as homes sell so that they may keep up with market values in their specific neighborhoods. Lastly, Elisa is the writer & editor of the monthly INFO Newsletter – a local newsletter publication listing The Bruner Team listings as well as coordinating local news & area events.
Judy & Elisa are a fantastic team for helping you market your home for sale or helping you find your dream home to purchase.
