About Me
Bill Perrault has been in the Real Estate business in Florida since 1986 after moving to Charlotte County from New England. Bill is a Veteran who served in the U.S. Navy, as an Intelligence Analyst, from 1967 to 1975. After his military stint he spent a number of years in the grocery business in southern New England serving as Regional Manager for a large chain of supermarkets and convenience stores before owning his own grocery business. In 1986, Bill sold his grocery business and moved to Florida where he sold Real estate as a Sales Associate for a year before obtaining his Florida Broker’s License in 1987. Bill has been a Broker or Manager for some of the largest, multi-office Franchise and Independent Real estate companies in the area since then. He has been very involved in the Community as well as in the Real Estate Industry, having served as a Past President of the local Association of Realtors, as well as participating on a number of Statewide Committees over the years. A true believer in training, he has been conducting training sessions at the Association of Realtors for many years on a variety of subjects including Fair Housing, Anti-Trust, the Real Estate Code of Ethics, Contracts, Agency, and a host of other real estate related subjects. Bill has been married to his lovely wife Kim for 29 years and he is a proud father of six children, 3 boys and 3 girls. His passion for raising a family in this beautiful area of Florida, is as strong as his passion for Real Estate overall, and his proudest accomplishment has been his ability to balance both work and family equally. He will be pleased to help you acclimate yourself here and stands ready to serve your needs as the Manager of a truly professional staff of Agents whose superb skills and vast knowledge of the area will serve anyone well who wishes to buy or sell Real Estate here.
