It looks like the president is scheduled to sign the bill today to extend the tax credit for first time home buyers!!  And it gets better.  There will also be a tax credit for those who have owned their homes for at least five years and want to move up to another home for a credit of $6500.00.  This credit will apply to buyers who write offers Dec. 1, 2009 to May 1, 2010.
