Southern Premier Realty is offering a scholarship to ANYONE who would qualify for a Florida Real Estate License.

Here is how the program works: Southern Premier Realty and Larson Educational service have worked out a plan that would allow anyone who qualifies for a Florida real Estate License to have their classes paid for.

The applicant MUST be qualified..
No criminal background
Must be 18 years of age
Must have a high school education or equilavant.

The applicant agrees to the following:
Personally pay $38.00 to Larson Educational Services for the Real Estate Licensing courses.
Commit to attend both courses presented by Larson Educational Services. Course 1 and License Preparation Course. Applicant must pass class exam in order to qualify to take state exam.
Within 30 days upon completion of the courses, PASS the Florida Real Estate Examine.
The applicant agrees to associate with Southern Premier Realty for a minimum of 6 months after placing their license with the company.
The applicant agrees to reimburse Southern Premier Realty the cost of the class if they do not register with Southern Premier Realty within 30 days of completion of passing state exam.
The associate, once joining the company, agrees to associate with the Great Fort Myers Association of REALTOR and the MLS service. There is a cost to join and the cost is TOTLALLY the sales associate responsibility. Dues are prorated per year. Southern Premier Realty can give you the estimated cost for the year.
Southern Premier Realty will then educate and train you HOW TO BE SUCESSFULL in this ever changing real estate market.
