Luxury:

Elk Ridge Estates:  This subdivision is located in the very southeast corner of Tooele City on the bench.  As such the properties afford great views of the valley and the Great Salt Lake with Stansbury Island.  Lots are typically 0.25-o.5 acres.  Homes in this area must have at least 1500 square feet if it is a rambler, a 3-car garage, and all masonry type exteriors (rock, stucco, brick). 

Deer Hollow:  Another subdivision that is just west of the Elk Ridge subdivision on the southeast Tooele bench.  Many homes in this neighborhood exceed 5,000 square feet.  CC & Rs are very similar to those of the Elk Ridge subdivision and lend themselves to higher-end homes.  It is very common to see deer roaming around the neighborhood!
