February was short and fast! I hope you all are gearing up for SPRING! I know I am. The market seems to still be stabilizing so the average sales prices are still down from a year a go. There may be some discrepancy in reporting capabilities and numbers as a brand new Multiple Listing Service (MLS) went on line at the end of February. Hopefully as the weather warms, so will the market! Here is the information for February:
