I just wanted to let everyone know that a new blog has been started about the Rocky Mountain Power Transmission line project in Tooele County. It is located at http://fightrmptooele.blogspot.com/. It is being used to get info out to the Tooele County residents that this line affects. Check it out!

Happy New Year to Each of You!
The past year the market has been edging downward, but we are beginning to see some promising statistics for Tooele and Salt Lake Counties. Typically the State of Utah lags behind what the national housing market does, and Tooele County lags behind what Salt Lake County does. As we have been hearing positive reports coming from across the country, I am very optimistic for this year! We are beginning to see signs of life returning to our markets! This is great for sellers, but not as good for buyers. Here is the information from last month’s real estate transactions:
